नई दिल्ली: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) ने Assistant Engineer के 26 पदों के लिए भर्ती शुरू कर दी है। यह भर्ती E2 Grade Management Cadre में Chemical, Mechanical और Electrical Engineering के लिए है। आवेदन प्रक्रिया 21 अगस्त 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और इच्छुक उम्मीदवार 19 सितंबर 2026 शाम 6 बजे तक ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं।
इस भर्ती में सबसे जरूरी बात यह है कि MRPL सिर्फ GATE 2026 के marks स्वीकार करेगा। GATE 2025 या उससे पुराने score के आधार पर इस भर्ती में आवेदन नहीं किया जा सकता। Selection में कोई written exam नहीं रखा गया है। GATE 2026 marks के आधार पर shortlisting होगी, जिसके बाद Group Discussion और Personal Interview लिया जाएगा।
MRPL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2026 में कितने पद हैं?
कुल 26 Assistant Engineer vacancies निकाली गई हैं। Chemical Engineering में 15, Mechanical में 8 और Electrical में 3 पद हैं।

Chemical के 15 पद सभी categories के लिए खुले हैं। इनमें UR 8, EWS 1, OBC-NCL 3, SC 1 और ST 2 सीटें हैं।
Mechanical के 8 पद Special Recruitment Drive के तहत OBC-NCL 4, SC 3 और ST 1 के लिए हैं। इस discipline में UR और EWS के लिए कोई seat नहीं है।
Electrical के 3 पदों में OBC-NCL 1, SC 1 और ST 1 vacancy है। यहां भी UR और EWS candidates के लिए post उपलब्ध नहीं है।
कुल category-wise vacancies में UR 8, EWS 1, OBC-NCL 8, SC 5 और ST 4 पद शामिल हैं।
PwBD candidates के लिए कितनी seats हैं?
PwBD reservation horizontal basis पर लागू है। इसका मतलब ये posts ऊपर दी गई category vacancies के अंदर ही शामिल हैं और अलग से अतिरिक्त seats नहीं हैं। इसके लिए minimum 40% benchmark disability जरूरी है।
Chemical में 2 PwBD posts, Mechanical में 1 और Electrical में 1 post earmarked है।
Chemical में SLD और HH categories को identified किया गया है। Mechanical में HH, LV, OA, BA, OL, CP, Dw, AAV, ASD (M), SLD और MI categories suitable हैं। Electrical में HH, OL, Dw, AAV, ASD (M), SLD और MI categories शामिल हैं।
अगर earmarked category का suitable candidate उपलब्ध नहीं होता है, तो post दूसरी identified category में जा सकती है।
यहां HH का मतलब hard of hearing, LV low vision, OA one arm, BA both arms, OL one leg, CP cerebral palsy, Dw dwarfism, AAV acid attack victim, ASD (M) autism spectrum disorder mild, SLD specific learning disability और MI mental illness है।
MRPL Assistant Engineer के लिए कौन apply कर सकता है?
उम्मीदवार के पास चार साल की BE, B.Tech या B.Sc. Engineering degree संबंधित discipline में होनी चाहिए। Degree और GATE paper का combination MRPL की eligibility के मुताबिक होना जरूरी है।

Production, Automobile, Mechatronics और Construction Engineering जैसी degrees eligible नहीं मानी जाएंगी। MRPL ने साफ किया है कि ये examples indicative हैं और exclusions सिर्फ इन्हीं courses तक सीमित नहीं हैं।
Degree किसी UGC-recognised Indian university या deemed university, AICTE-approved autonomous institution, संबंधित statutory council या Board of Technical Education से recognised होनी चाहिए।
कितने प्रतिशत marks जरूरी हैं?
UR, EWS और OBC-NCL candidates के लिए minimum aggregate 60% है। SC, ST और PwBD candidates के लिए minimum 50% aggregate marks चाहिए।
यह percentage सभी semesters के average से निकलेगा और इसे round off नहीं किया जाएगा। यानी 59.99% को 60% नहीं माना जाएगा।
अगर university CGPA conversion formula देती है, तो उसी formula का इस्तेमाल करना होगा। जहां university ने कोई conversion formula नहीं दिया है, वहां CGPA × 10 लागू किया जा सकता है, लेकिन इसके लिए university से documentary proof देना होगा कि कोई निर्धारित formula मौजूद नहीं है।
Five-year integrated dual degree में BE या B.Tech plus ME या M.Tech को four-year engineering degree के बराबर माना जाएगा।
अगर किसी candidate ने qualifying BE, B.Tech या B.Sc. Engineering discipline में की है और GATE 2026 का valid score उसी eligible paper में है, तो अलग discipline में M.Tech होने के बावजूद eligibility बनी रह सकती है।
Integrated course में दो degrees मिलने पर BE या B.Tech का percentage देखा जाएगा। अगर integrated course के बाद सिर्फ एक ME या M.Tech degree जारी हुई है, तो consolidated integrated-course marks consider किए जाएंगे।
MRPL AE Recruitment के लिए age limit क्या है?
19 सितंबर 2026 को UR और EWS candidates की maximum age 27 years होनी चाहिए।
OBC-NCL candidates को 3 years और SC/ST candidates को 5 years की age relaxation मिलेगी। 40% या उससे ज्यादा disability वाले PwBD candidates को category relaxation के अलावा 10 years की additional relaxation दी जाएगी।
Ex-Servicemen candidates के लिए age relaxation Government of India rules के अनुसार लागू होगी।
PwBD relaxation category relaxation के ऊपर लागू होती है, लेकिन यह उसी category के reserved post के लिए लागू होगी।

ध्यान रखें: MRPL ने साफ कहा है कि application सिर्फ उसके official online portal से ही स्वीकार होगी; किसी agency या individual के जरिए आवेदन नहीं किया जा सकता।
Selection Process में exam होगा या नहीं?
MRPL Assistant Engineer recruitment में अलग से written examination नहीं होगा।
सबसे पहले GATE 2026 marks के आधार पर candidates की shortlisting होगी। Shortlisted candidates को Group Discussion के लिए बुलाया जाएगा और इसके बाद Personal Interview होगा।
इस भर्ती के लिए GATE 2026 के केवल CH, ME और EE papers मान्य हैं। पुराने GATE scores इस selection process में स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
MRPL Assistant Engineer की salary कितनी है?
Selected Assistant Engineer को E2 Grade Management Cadre में नियुक्त किया जाएगा। Starting basic pay ₹50,000 है और pay scale ₹50,000 से ₹1,60,000 तक है।
Salary structure में IDA pattern पर Dearness Allowance, HRA या township accommodation, cafeteria approach के तहत perks और allowances तथा Performance Related Pay शामिल हैं।
Job location कहां होगी?
Posting MRPL की requirement के हिसाब से तय की जाएगी। Selected employees को India या abroad में transfer किया जा सकता है।
Transfer MRPL, ONGC group companies या अन्य organisation के भीतर भी हो सकता है। जरूरत के मुताबिक shift और night-shift duty भी करनी पड़ सकती है।
MRPL ने working knowledge of Hindi को desirable qualification के तौर पर रखा है।
Service Bond कितना है?
Selected candidate को joining के बाद 3 years का service bond पूरा करना होगा।
MRPL suitable candidates का panel भी बना सकता है और यह panel one year तक operate किया जा सकता है।
कंपनी को minimum eligibility standards बढ़ाने, notified posts को भरने या किसी position को vacant रखने का अधिकार भी है और इसके लिए अलग reason देना जरूरी नहीं होगा।
MRPL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
General category सहित applicable candidates के लिए application fee ₹118 है।
SC, ST, PwBD और Ex-Servicemen candidates को application fee से exemption दी गई है।
Serving Government, PSU या autonomous-body employees को application process के दौरान proper channel से printed application forward करना होगा या interview के समय NOC प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
MRPL Recruitment 2026 में आवेदन कब तक करें?
Online application window 21 अगस्त 2026 से शुरू है। आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तारीख 19 सितंबर 2026 है और application window शाम 6 बजे बंद होगी।
इसलिए eligible candidates को GATE 2026 paper, engineering degree, category, marks और age criteria check करने के बाद application submit करना चाहिए।
