पुलिस ने क्या कहा?

अमूल पनीर का ऑर्डर
पुलिस के अनुसार, 5 फरवरी को दोपहर 2.11 बजे, लोअर परेल में डेलिसल रोड पर डेयरी प्रोडक्ट के एक होलसेल व्यापारी को जालसाज ने फोन किया। फोन पर उसने 84 किलोग्राम अमूल पनीर और 48 लीटर अमूल क्रीम का ऑर्डर देकर शिकायतकर्ता को परेल में केईएम अस्पताल के पास ग्लोबल डेयरी प्रोडक्ट्स नाम की उसकी कथित दुकान पर पहुंचाने के लिए कहा। (Mumbai fraud case, Cheese worth Rs 43 thousand stolen, police is investigating)
कन्फ़र्म ऑर्डर
पुलिस को शिकायत में व्यापारी ने बताया, कि “मैंने सामान की कुल लागत का मूल्य का हिसाब लगाने के बाद, उसे बताया कि इसकी कीमत 52,764 रुपये होगी, जिसके बाद फोन करने वाले ने मुझे बताया कि वह जल्द ही ऑर्डर कन्फ़र्म करेगा।” जालसाज ने अगली सुबह व्यापारी को संपर्क कर ऑर्डर कन्फर्म किया और दावा किया कि वह डिलीवरी के बाद बिल का भुगतान नकद में करेगा। उस व्यक्ति ने उनका विश्वास हासिल करने के लिए व्हाट्सएप के जरिए ऑर्डर भी भेजा। (Mumbai fraud case, Cheese worth Rs 43 thousand stolen, police is investigating)

फुटपाथ पर डिलीवरी
वहां जो आदमी डिलीवरी लेने आया था वह कर्मचारी को ग्लोबल हॉस्पिटल के पास ले तो गया। लेकिन पनीर के सभी सात डिब्बे वहीं फुटपाथ पर एक चीनी होटल के सामने छोड़ने के लिए कहा। कर्मचारी ने वैसा ही किया और बाक़ी के 48 लीटर अमूल क्रीम डिलीवरी करने के लिए उस आदमी के साथ चला गया। एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा, अजनबी ने कर्मचारी से वादा किया कि उसे दुकान पर कैश पैसे मिल जाएगी। (Mumbai fraud case, Cheese worth Rs 43 thousand stolen, police is investigating)
संदिग्ध का बहाना
वहां दुकान का शटर बंद था। संदिग्ध ने बताया कि वह चाबियाँ लाना भूल गया और वह चाबी लेने के लिए चला गया। जब संदिग्ध वापस नहीं आया, तो कर्मचारी को एहसास हुआ कि कुछ तो गड़बड़ है और उसने अपने मालिक को फोन कर सारी बात बताई। जब व्यापारी ने ऑर्डर देने वाले से संपर्क किया तो पता चला कि सामने वाले का फोन बंद है। (Mumbai fraud case, Cheese worth Rs 43 thousand stolen, police is investigating)
धोखे का खुलासा कब हुआ?
फोन बंद पाकर व्यापारी ने अपने कर्मचारी को वहां जाने को कहा जहां उसने पनीर छोड़ा था। लेकिन जब तक कर्मचारी वहां पहुंचता वहां से पनीर के बॉक्स गायब हो चुके थे। डेयरी डीलर ने बाद में व्यक्तिगत रूप से घटनास्थल का दौरा किया और आसपास के लोगों और दुकानदारों से पूछताछ की, लेकिन कोई सुराग नहीं मिला। इसके बाद व्यापारी ने एनएम जोशी मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन से संपर्क किया और शिकायत दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 318(4) के तहत धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज किया है। (Mumbai fraud case, Cheese worth Rs 43 thousand stolen, police is investigating)
