दुनिया भर में कट्टरपंथी का जिम्मेदार कौन?
भारत 1947 से आज तक कट्टरपंथी विचारों को भोग रहा है। देखिये – भारत-पाकिस्तान, रूस-यूक्रेन, इजराइल-फिलिस्तीन-गांजा और अब बांग्लादेश में कट्टरपंथी जो आतंकवादी हैं।
बांग्लादेश का आपस में मरना मारने की शुरुआत हों गई हैं।

भारत- सोचने समझने की बात है। कट्टरपंथी सोच क्या है? कट्टरपंथी कोई समाज या कोई धर्म नहीं है। कट्टरपंथी कोई भी हों सकता है जैसे देखा जाए, तो दुनिया में 197 देश हैं सभी देशों में अलग-अलग भाषा, अलग-अलग धर्म के नाम पर लोज जाने जाते हैं और पहचाने जाते हैं। 197 देश में लगभग 5600 से अधिक भाषाएं है और अनेक छोटे-बड़े संख्या के रूप में धर्म के आधार पर लोग अपने जीवन जीते हैं। धर्म क्या है? कैसा है? अपने-अपने स्थान पर स्थित है। धर्म के चलने वाले धर्म गुरु कैसे होनें चाहिए? किन सोच विचार से बने हुए धर्मगुरु हैं? उसी प्रकार से उनको मानने वाले को चाहने वाले उनके शिष्य इस प्रकार से ढल जाते हैं।
बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान का कट्टरपंथी सोच क्या है?
बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान दोनों दक्षिण एशियाई मुस्लिम बहुल देश हैं। भारत में ब्रिटिश शासन की समाप्ति के बाद, दोनों देशों ने 24 वर्षों तक एक ही राज्य का गठन किया। 1971 में बांग्लादेश मुक्ति युद्ध के परिणामस्वरूप पूर्वी पाकिस्तान का पीपुल्स रिपब्लिक ऑफ़ बांग्लादेश के रूप में अलगाव हुआ। भारत देश से 1947 में पाकिस्तान बना 1971 में बांग्लादेश बना। धर्म के आधार पर दो देश बनाने के उद्देश्य से पाकिस्तान के बाद बांग्लादेश का गठन हुआ। जबकि धर्म की मानवता एक होनी चाहिए। दुनिया में मनुष्य का एक ही माता – पिता से सभी संसार के मानवों का जन्म हुआ है।
धर्म गुरु किस प्रकार होनें चाहिए?
दुनिया का सबसे पुराना धर्म सनातन धर्म है,
यहूदी धर्म, पारसी धर्म, जैन पंथ, बुद्ध पंथ ईसाई धर्म, इस्लाम धर्म, सिख पंथ, इसी प्रकार से दुनिया में ईश्वर परमात्मा भगवान धर्म गुरु को मान कर लोग अपने जीवन जीते हैं। धर्मगुरु का कार्य क्या है? धर्म गुरु को कैसा होना चाहिए? किसी भी धर्म में कोई भी व्यक्ति बड़ा हो या कट्टरपंथी हो उसे एक व्यक्ति या अनेक व्यक्तियों के कारण उसे धर्म पर लोग उंगली उठने लगते हैं। धर्म के लोग उन अधर्मियों के प्रति उंगली नहीं उठाते। क्योंकि अधर्मियों द्वारा कट्टरपंथियों के द्वारा अनेक धर्म को नुकसान पहुंचाना उन लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा दायक हो जाते हैं।
पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश में क्या कट्टरपंथियों के कारण आम जनता दुखी है?
पाकिस्तान हो या बांग्लादेश या भारत जैसा दुनिया का एशियाई देश, कृषि देश, वैधकीय देश, शिक्षा से संबंधित देश सदियों से जाना जाता और माना जाता रहा है। मगर भारत देश में शिक्षित लोग भी अशिक्षित बन बैठे हैं। जिस देश में शिक्षा होता है वहां मानवता जाति धर्म से बढ़कर एक सच्चा इंसान का देश कहा जाता है। कुछ अनपढ़, गवार, नशेड़ी, चरसूल्ले, चिलम बाज जैसे लोगों को भाड़े के ट्ट्टू जैसे नेताओं, उसकी अनपढ़ गवारों को अपराधी बनाने में पीछे नहीं हटते। यही कारण है कि बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान का आज जो अनपढ़ गवार के रूप में कट्टरपंथी बन बैठे हैं।
इस धर्म के लोग शर्मिंदा है दुखी हैं। इसका कारण दो कौड़ी के कट्टरपंथियों की देन हैं। इसी कट्टरपंथियों के कारण चाहे बांगलादेशी चाहे पाकिस्तानी जो अच्छे पढ़े-लिखे लोग हैं स्वयं से दुखी है और शर्मिंदा भी हैं।
जैसे नेहरू और जिन्ना, वैसे इंदिरा और फिरोज गांधी, शेख मुजीबर रहमान..
सनातन भारत के इतिहास दुनिया के पन्नों में आज भी दर्ज है। 1945 के बाद 1947 तक नेहरू और जिन्ना दोनों मिलकर एक प्लान बनाया। दो देश बना दो प्रधानमंत्री बनो और धर्म के नाम पर हिंदू और मुसलमान को लड़ा दो। 1947 में शुरुआती दौर से लेकर अगस्त महीने तक हिंदू मुस्लिम में इन दोनों नेताओं के खेल-खेलकर लाखों हिंदू मुसलमान आपस में मर कट रहे थे। नेहरू और जिन्ना तमाशा देख रहे थे। इसका कारण है, कि दो प्रधानमंत्री बनने का सपना पूरा हो रहा था।
वैसे ही 1971 से लेकर 1972 तक नेहरू की बेटी पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी उनकी बहुत करीबी शेख मुजीबुर रहमान, दोनों मिलकर भारत और बांग्लादेश बनाने में जुड़े हुए थे। भारत का राज्य बंगाल में कुछ कट्टरपंथी मुसलमान को उकसाया गया जिससे दंगा फसाद करते रहे। हजारों लाखों की संख्या में हिंदू मुसलमान मरते रहे। इंदिरा गांधी और शेख रहमान बैठकर तमाशा देखते रहे। सपना यह था वह प्रधानमंत्री थी। शेख हसीना के पिता शेख मुजीबर रहमान को भारत के कई राज्य के टुकड़े करके उन्हें राष्ट्रपति बनने का सपना पूरा किया जा रहा था। नेहरू ने जो कार्य किया वहीं उनकी बेटी इंदिरा गांधी ने भी किया। हजारों लाखों की संख्या में महिला, बच्चे, जवान, बुजुर्ग मारे गए, काटे गए। धन दौलत संपत्ति जलाए गए। नुकसान आम जनता का हुआ फायदा इन दोनों नेताओं को होता रहा।
किसी भी देश में मंत्री, नेता और उनका परिवार क्यों नहीं मरते?
आम जनता जिस दिन यूरोप जैसे देश या विदेशियों की तरह शिक्षित और ज्ञानी बुद्धिमान बन जाएंगे। भाड़े के टट्टू की तरह भारत देश में या पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश में अनपढ़, गवार, नशेड़ियों को नेता के नाम पर कट्टरपंथी सोच बनाने वाले नेताओं ने खूब फायदा उठाते हैं।
देश की जनसंख्या बढ़ाते हुए बेरोजगारी और धर्म के नाम पर अधर्मी लोगों ने अनपढ़, गवारों को अपराधी, आतंकवादी बनाने की कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते हैं। आज यही कारण है, कि पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश की आम जनता को सोचने की बात है, कि नेता या मंत्री क्यों नहीं मरते और आम जनता ही क्यों मरती हैं। मगर यह नेतागिरी के कट्टरपंथी होते हैं। ऐसे पार्टी के नेता मंत्र फूंक दे और वहां पर दंगे फसाद होना शुरू हो जाता है। मरता कौन है? जैसे आम इंसान मरता है, महिलाएं मरती है, बच्चे मरते हैं, यहां तक कि जानवर भी मरते हैं। मगर कोई मंत्री, नेता और उसका परिवार नहीं मरता। क्योंकि वह देश-विदेश में मौज मस्ती में मस्त हैं और आम जनता भेड़ बकरी की तरह आपस में लड़ मर रहे हैं।
यह कमियां दूर करने के लिए धर्म के सत्य धर्म गुरुओं को उन व्यक्तियों को शिक्षा देने की जरुरत है। ज्ञान दे की आपस में न लड़ें। यह नेता अपने स्वार्थ के लिए देश के साथ भी गद्दारी कर देते हैं आम जनता के साथ क्या नहीं कर सकते हैं। इसलिए हर एक व्यक्ति को जागरूकता लाने की जरूरत है। किसी भी मनुष्य का जन्म हुआ तो उसकी मृत्यु भी होगी। मगर आपस में लड़ना एक दूसरे को मार-काट करके मारना ठीक नहीं है। यह मानवता का घोर हनन हैं। आज की दुनिया में अब मानव की मानवता खत्म होती जा रही हैं।
दुनिया के कट्टरपंथियों के साथ क्या करना चाहिए?
दुनिया में कोई जाती या धर्म नहीं होता। कट्टरपंथी एक गिरी हुई सोच है। आज भी जिससे सनातन धर्म हो इसाई धर्म हो इस्लाम धर्म हो पारसी धर्म हो, यह सभी धर्म आपस में भाईचारा के संबंध से बनाया गया है। अब कुछ-कुछ धर्म से निकलकर कट्टरपंथी विचारधारा बनाकर एक दूसरे पर हमला करना मार-काट करना, लूटपाट करना, एक व्यापार बन गया है। मगर सोचने वाली बात है, जहां लाखों करोड़ों की संख्या होती है। उस देश की, उस राज्य की सरकार क्या करती हैं? क्या सरकार चलने वाले चंद गुंडे और कट्टरपंथ्यों का खात्मा नहीं कर सकते हैं? यही दुनिया की राजनीति है लडो-लडाओ और सत्ता पर शासन करो। मरता कौन है बेगुनाह इंसान जानवर पंछी, इसकी जिम्मेदार कौन आम जनता या अशिक्षित शहर या देश। आज अमेरिका दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा हथियार बनाकर बेच रहा है। यह अभी तक व्यापार है। हथियार खरीदो, लड़ो, मरो। अगर देखा जाए तो शर्म की बात है। चंद कागज़ के टुकड़े के लिए इंसान इंसान के टुकड़े-टुकड़े किए जा रहे हैं। इंसान से ज्यादा दुनियाँ में कोई गिरा हुआ जानवर भी नहीं हैं।
आने वाले समय के लिए मानवता को जागाना होगा। मानव-मानव एक समान करना होगा। इसी में दुनिया की भलाई हैं।

1947 के समय में भी बंगाल राज्य में मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथियों द्वारा बंगाल खाड़ी स्थित कई गांवों को मिलाकर अलग से बंगाल देश बनाने की मांग की थी मगर उस समय बंगाल भारत का राज्य हुआ करता था।
भारत के बंगाल राज्य को अलग करने के लिए बांग्लादेशी कट्टरपंथियों ने भी मांग उठाई। उस समय मांग में कहा जा रहा था, कि जिस राज्य में ज्यादा मुसलमान है उसे मुस्लिम देश घोषित कर देना चाहिए। उसी समय भारत और पाकिस्तान का बटवारा हुआ था। उसके कुछ साल बाद 1971 में इंदिरा गांधी ने बांग्लादेश को एक अलग देश बना दिया।
बांग्लादेश भारत से अलग क्यों हुआ?
बांग्लादेश का स्वतंत्रता संग्राम 1971 में हुआ था। इसे ‘मुक्ति संग्राम’ भी कहते हैं। यह युद्ध वर्ष 1971 में 25 मार्च से 16 दिसम्बर तक चला था। इस रक्तरंजित युद्ध के माध्यम सेे बांलादेश ने पाकिस्तान से स्वाधीनता प्राप्त की। 16 दिसम्बर सन् 1971 को बांग्लादेश बना।
पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी ने बांग्लादेश बनने के बाद बांग्लादेश को भारत से आर्थिक मदद भी दे रही थी। भारत में आम जनता से पैसे की टैक्स वसूली करके बांग्लादेश को इंदिरा गांधी मदद करती रही जो आज भी मदद किया जा रहा है।
बांग्लादेश के कट्टरपंथी की क्या देन हैं?
1971 में भारत और बांग्लादेश बनने के बाद में लाखों हिंदू बांग्लादेश से भारत चले आए। कुछ हिंदू वहां पर रह गए थे जिन्होंने अपना जमीन घर मकान नहीं छोड़ा उसी बांग्लादेश में रह गए।
बांग्लादेश बनने के बाद वहां सबसे ज्यादा माफियागिरी, गुंडागर्दी होता रहा। वहां के रह रहे हिंदुओं को हमेशा धर्म बदलने की हेतु धमकी देना मारपीट करना यही बांग्लादेशियों का कारण रहा है। वहां की आम जनता में इसी प्रकार से उतार-चढ़ाव चल रहा हैं।

5 अगस्त 2024 को बांग्लादेश में बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना ने अपनी इस्तीफा दे दी उसके बाद बांग्लादेश में हिंसा भड़क उठा मिडिया ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक कई मासूम लोगों की हत्याऐं हुई। उसमें सबसे ज्यादा हिंदुओं को मारा गया बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी नेता भी मारे गए। उसके बाद बांग्लादेश में काफी हिंसा भड़क गई लगभग 240 लोग मारे गए।

बांग्लादेश की राजधानी ढाका में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के इस्तीफा देने के बाद उनके कार्यालय को जला दिया गया। तोड़फोड़ किया गया। शेख हसीना वहां से कैसे भी भाग कर भारत में अपनी प्राण बचाई ली है। बांग्लादेशी कट्टर उग्रवादी आतंकवादियों ने पूरे बांग्लादेश के सैकड़ो, हजारों हिंदुओं की दुकान जला दिए, लूट लिया। सैकड़ो हिंदू महिलाओं की हत्या करना मौलाना की धमकी हिंदू देश छोड़े याँ इस्लाम धर्म अपना लें। कट्टरपंथी बांग्लादेशियों ने हिंदुओं को धमकी दे रहे हैं। आज भी बांग्लादेश में कट्टरपंथियों की हाहाकार और आगजनी जैसी हालत है। बांग्लादेश कट्टरपंथी आतंकवादियों के विरोध में बांग्लादेश की कट्टरपंथियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई के लिए अब तक दुनिया के किसी भी देश ने कोई कदम नहीं उठाया।

क्या है मामला?
प्राप्त सुचनाओं के अनुसार जे. बी. नगर अंधेरी ईस्ट में शहीद भगत सिंह कॉलोनी अंतर्गत प्लॉट नं.191, 192 के भूखंड पर एक चार मंजिला इमारत है। जिसकी दो मंजिले अवैध रूप से निर्मित की गई है। उसी अवैध दो मंजिलों को बचाने के लिए उक्त कार्यकारी अभियंता एवं पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी (DO) मंदार अशोक तारी ने 2 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी थी। बताया जाता है, कि मंदार तारी की जब से डी.ओ. के पद पर नियुक्ति हुई है, तभी से अंधेरी व विलेपार्ले के क्षेत्रों में अंधाधुंध अवैध निर्माण किये जा रहे हैं। जिन्हे कि कार्यकारी अभियंता मंदार तारी का संरक्षण प्राप्त है। (Mumbai Andheri K/East BMC, Corruption News, BMC Corruption News)

किंतु उक्त जे.बी. नगर की इमारत की दो अवैध मंजिलों को संरक्षण देने के लिए नियुक्त डी.ओ. मंदार तारी का 2 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत की मांग करना अवैध निर्माणकर्ता को रास नहीं आया और उसने 31 जुलाई 2024 को इसकी शिकायत भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (ACB) से कर दी। मामले की गंभीरतानुसार ए.सी.बी. ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए, 6 अगस्त 2024, को मंदार तारी के दो निजी वसूली कर्ताओं मोहम्मद यासीन शहा और ड्राईवर प्रतिक पिसे को दो करोड़ की तय रिश्वत की रकम की पहली किश्त 75 लाख रुपये नकद लेते हुए रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया। (Mumbai Andheri K/East BMC, Corruption News, BMC Corruption News)

गिरफ्तार दोनों आरोपियों ने पूछताछ के दौरान बताया कि उक्त रकम वे अंधेरी ईस्ट BMC के/पूर्व, वार्ड मे इमारत व कारखाना विभाग के कार्यकारी अभियंता एवं पदनिर्देशित अधिकारी मंदार अशोक तारी के लिए उनके ही दिशा निर्देश पर रिश्वत के पैसे ली है। ए.सी.बी. के अधिकारी उक्त दोनों से सख्ती से पूछताछ कर रहे हैं। जबकि कार्यकारी अभियंता मंदार तारी फरार बताया जाता है। ए.सी.बी. अधिकारी मंदार तारी के अन्य ठिकानों पर छापे मारी कर रहे हैं। जहां, उन्हें जांच के दौरान उसकी अवैध संम्पतियाँ (चल/अचल) मिली है। (Mumbai Andheri K/East BMC, Corruption News, BMC Corruption News)

मुम्बई में 14 बच्चों की तस्करी, 80 हजार से 7 लाख में बेचे गए; पुलिस ने 35 आरोपियों को किया गिरफ्तार
बाल तस्करी गिरोह ने पिछले डेढ़ साल में देश भर में निसंतान दंपत्तियों को तीन बच्चियों और 11 बच्चे बेचे है। हालांकि पुलिस ने तस्करी किये गये 14 बच्चों में से नौ बच्चों को मुम्बई, ठाणे, विशाखापत्तनम, हैदराबाद और सिकंदराबाद से बचाया है।

नवी मुंबई में किशोरी से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में एक व्यक्ति गिरफ्तार हो गया है। साथ ही भांडुप के एक मामले में मॉडलिंग का झांसा देकर दुष्कर्म के साथ 45 लाख की रंगदारी में पुलिस सरगर्मी से तीन बदमाशों की तलाश कर रही है।

मुंबई- भांडुप और नवी मुंबई की दो घटनाओं ने फिर एक बार हवस और दरिंदगी की सारी हदों को पार कर दिया है। नवी मुंबई के एक पडोसी किशोरी के साथ लगातार दुष्कर्म करता रहा जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। लेकिन भांडुप दुष्कर्म मामले में आरोपियों द्वारा मॉडलिंग के नाम पर लगातार दुष्कर्म और 45 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी के बाद फरार हो गए हैं। पुलिस मुकदमा दर्ज कर सरगर्मी से तलाश कर रही है।
किशोरी के साथ दुष्कर्म ..
नवी मुंबई पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति को पड़ोस में रहने वाली 17 वर्षीय किशोरी से बार-बार दुष्कर्म करने और उसे गर्भवती करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। एक अधिकारी ने शनिवार को यह जानकारी दी। एपीएमसी पुलिस थाने के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर शुक्रवार को भारतीय दंड संहिता और यौन अपराधों से बच्चों के संरक्षण (पॉक्सो) अधिनियम के संबंधित प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया।
उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी वाशी के कोपरी गांव में उसी इमारत में रहता था जिसमें पीड़िता रहती थी। अधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपी ने कथित तौर पर वर्ष 2020 से अपने घर में कई बार पीड़िता से दुष्कर्म किया। पीड़ित के तीन माह की गर्भवती होने के बारे में पता चलने पर उसे एक सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।

वहीं दुसरे मामले में भांडुप में मॉडलिंग का झांसा देकर युवती से दुष्कर्म और 45 लाख की रंगदारी में तीन आरोपी फरार। इंस्टाग्राम पर हुई थी। जान पहचान। खुद को मशहूर प्रोडक्शन कंपनी का प्रतिनिधि बताकर किया था संपर्क। पीड़ित लड़की कंप्यूटर इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई कर रही है और अपने परिवार के साथ रहती है।

सोशल मीडिया पर खुद को मशहूर धर्मा प्रोडक्शन कंपनी का प्रतिनिधि बताकर संपर्क में आए आरोपी ने 45 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी वसूलने की बात सामने आई है। गंभीर बात यह है कि आरोपी ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसकी फुटेज वायरल करने की धमकी दी। इस मामले में भांडुप पुलिस ने तीन लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है और उनकी तलाश की जा रही है।
शिकायतकर्ता कंप्यूटर इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई कर रही है और अपने परिवार के साथ रहती है।
इंस्टाग्राम पर मॉडलिंग में सुनहरे अवसर के बारे में एक संदेश मिला। जब उन्होंने चेक किया तो ‘हार्दिक’ नाम के इस यूजर आईडी ने कहा कि वह धर्मा प्रोडक्शंस का प्रतिनिधि है और नेटफ्लिक्स और अन्य ओटीटी के साथ उसके अच्छे संबंध हैं। उन्होंने नए कलाकारों को मौका दिया और कहा कि आज वे करोड़ों रुपये कमा रहे हैं। जब उसने प्रक्रिया के बारे में पूछा तो उसने राहुल चव्हाण नाम के व्यक्ति का मोबाइल नंबर दिया।
उसने राहुल से संपर्क किया। उन्होंने कहा कि 20 हजार रुपये देने पर सभी योजनाओं की जानकारी दे दी जायेगी। इसके बाद उसने अपने पिता को बताया और आरोपी राहुल को 20 हजार रुपये भेजे। उसने उसे बांद्रा की एक शॉप पर मिलने के लिए बुलाया। वहां पोर्टफोलियो बनाने के लिए उसने युवती से 20 हजार रुपये और ले लिए।
कहा, कि एक विदेशी कंपनी के लिए मॉडलिंग का मौका है और 10 लाख रुपये की कमाई होगी। युवती ने कहा, कि उसके पास यह रकम नहीं है और उसके माता-पिता यह रकम नहीं देंगे। इस पर राहुल ने उसे परिवार की जानकारी के बिना घर से गहने लाने के लिए कहा। युवती ने उसे घर के गहने दे दिए। इसके अलावा, आरोपी ने पैसे की मांग की। लेकिन जब युवती मना कर दिया तो राहुल ने कहा कि वह मॉडलिंग का काम नहीं देगा।
इसलिए लड़की ने घर का सारा सोना आरोपी को दे दिया। आरोपी ने पीड़ित लड़की का कई बार यौन उत्पीड़न किया और उसकी तस्वीरें खींची और फिल्म भी बनाई। उन तस्वीरों के जरिए हार्दिक ने उन्हें न्यूड तस्वीरें वायरल करने की धमकी भी दी थी। इसके बाद राहुल का परिचित श्रेयस भी उसे अश्लील मैसेज भेजने लगा।
पीड़ित से आरोपियों ने कुल 45 लाख रुपये की ठगी की। राहुल फोटो को सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल करने की धमकी दे रहा था। इस वजह से पीड़ित लड़की भी डरी हुई थी। आख़िरकार उसने इसकी जानकारी अपनी माँ को बताई। इसके बाद भांडुप पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज की है। पुलिस ने राहुल चव्हाण, हार्दिक और श्रेयस पाटिल के खिलाफ जबरन वसूली, धोखाधड़ी, धमकी, मानहानि, बलात्कार सहित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी रोकथाम अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और तीनों आरोपियों की सरगर्मी से तलाश कर रही है।

मुम्बई- सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुम्बई कॉलेज बुर्का मामले में फैसला सुना दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि लड़कियों को कक्षा में बुर्का पहनने और परिसर में कोई भी धार्मिक गतिविधि की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि ‘बुर्का, हिजाब’ के संबंध में उसके अंतरिम आदेश का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
मामले में मुम्बई कॉलेज को दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में अदालत का रुख करने की छूट दी गई है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने मुम्बई के एक कॉलेज के उस आदेश पर आंशिक रोक लगाई जिसमें परिसर में ‘हिजाब, बुर्का, टोपी और नकाब’ पहनने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया था। इसके साथ ही कॉलेज में ‘हिजाब’, ‘बुर्का’ पहनने पर प्रतिबंध संबंधी हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए मुम्बई की ‘एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी’ से जवाब मांगा।
क्या है मामला?

बता दें कि मुम्बई के एक निजी कॉलेज में छात्रों के कैंपस में हिजाब, नकाब, बुर्का, स्टोल, टोपी आदि पहनने पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध को बरकरार रखने के बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई।
यह मामला मुम्बई के एन. जी. आचार्य और डी. के. मराठे. कॉलेज का है, जहां के कॉलेज प्रशासन ने “हिजाब, नकाब, बुर्का, स्टोल और टोपी” पहनने पर बैन लगाया हुआ था। इसके खिलाफ 9 लड़कियों ने पहले बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया, लेकिन हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। जिसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई थी और याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से पेश वकील ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जल्द सुनवाई की मांग की गई थी।
कॉलेज प्रशासन का भेदभाव ..
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने कॉलेज प्रशासन से कहा, “छात्रों को यह चुनने की आजादी होनी चाहिए कि वे क्या पहन सकती हैं। कॉलेज उन पर दबाव नहीं डाल सकता… यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि आपको अचानक पता चलता है कि देश में कई धर्म हैं।” कोर्ट ने पूछा, कि “क्या आप यह कह सकते हैं कि किसी शख्स को तिलक लगाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी?”
