इस्माईल शेख मुंबई– भायखला (Byculla) के घोड़ापदेव इलाके से एक हैरान कर देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। यहां हेरंब दर्शन नामक सोसाइटी के एक ट्यूशन टीचर के घर में बीते शुक्रवार की शाम अचानक एक सरफिरा घुसकर किचन के चाकू से दो नाबालिग बच्चों पर हमला कर दिया। हमलावर लगभग एक घंटे तक घर पर कब्जा करते हुई दहशत का माहौल निर्माण कर दिया था। फिलहाल पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। (Mumbai Crime, Maharashtra News)

इसके साथ ही पीड़ित बच्चे ने बताया कि हमलावर ने बच्चे को घर के अंदर बंद कर लिया था। बच्चे को उसने दो बार जमीन पर पटका। बच्चे ने बताया कि जब दूसरी बार वह जमीन पर गिरा तब बच्चे ने बेहोश होने का नाटक किया। इस बीच जब आरोपी ने शीशा उठाकर खुद के सिर पर फोड़ा तो बच्चा धीरे से उठा और किचन की तरफ भाग गया। इसके बाद वहां से लड़का वॉशरूम चला गया और अंदर से दरवाजा बंदकर करीब एक घंटे तक छिपा रहा। (Mumbai Crime, Maharashtra News)

वहीं ट्यूशन टीचर जयश्री गोरडे ने बताया, कि वह यहां कई बच्चों को पढ़ाती हैं, लेकिन शुक्रवार को सिर्फ दो बच्चे थे। उस दिन जैसे ही घर में आदमी घुसा तो सब डर गए। आरोपी घर में घुसते ही सीधे किचन की तरफ गया और वहां से चाकू लेकर निकला। हमें कुछ समझ में नहीं आया कि क्या हुआ? हम बाहर भागने की कोशिश कर रहे थे कि तभी उस आदमी ने मुझे बाल से पकड़कर खींचा। (Mumbai Crime, Maharashtra News)

इस्माईल शेख मुंबई– राज्य मे लोकसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद सभी राजनैतिक दलों ने अपने अपने स्तर पर एक समीकरण तैयार कर विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 की तैयारी करना शुरू कर दी है। पिछली बार चुनाव की तैयारी में कम समय मिलने से हुए नुकसान को देखते हुए, इस बार सभी दल जल्द ही अपने उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इस बार Bjp 100 सीटों से चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया है, तो वहीं महाविकास अघाडी में शिवसेना ठाकरे गुट मुंबई की 36 सीटों में से 22 सीटों पर दावा किया है।
आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में मुंबई की 36 सीटों में से 22 सीटों पर शिवसेना ठाकरे समूह ने दावा किया है। एनसीपी शरद पवार गुट को मुंबई में ज्यादा सीटों की उम्मीद नहीं है। उन्होंने मुंबई में पांच से छह सीटों पर जोर दिया है। आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए सीटों के बंटवारे को लेकर मुंबई में महाविकास अघाड़ी की कई बार बैठक हो चुकी है। इसमें आगामी विधानसभा के लिए सीटों के आवंटन की रणनीति पर चर्चा की गई। मुंबई की विवादित सीटों का फैसला दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता सुलझाने वाले हैं।
महाविकास अघाड़ी के घटक दलों में से मुंबई में शिवसेना ठाकरे गुट के बाद कांग्रेस सबसे मजबूत माना जा रहा है। कांग्रेस और ठाकरे समूह ने एक साथ कुछ निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों पर दावा किया है। राज्य में कांग्रेस नेता इस बात पर सहमत हैं कि विधानसभा चुनाव में विवादित सीटों पर वरिष्ठ नेता निर्णय लेंगे तो यह स्वीकार्य होगा। एनसीपी पवार गुट मुंबई की घाटकोपर ईस्ट, कुर्ला, वर्सोवा, जोगेश्वरी, दहिसर, अणुशक्ति नगर, मालबार हिल कुल सात सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ने को तैयार है। हालांकि, शरद पवार गुट को पांच सीटों से ही संतोष करना पड़ेगा। एक जानकारी के मुताबिक इस बार सीटों का आवंटन जल्दी किया जाने वाला है, ताकि उम्मीदवारों को प्रचार के लिए उचित समय मिल सके।
स्वराज्य और प्रहार पार्टी का गठबंधन
महाराष्ट्र में महा-विकास अघाडी और एनडीए समीकरण को खराब करने के लिए संभाजी राजे और बच्चू कडू साथ मिलकर चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया है। महाराष्ट्र में इस वक्त महाविकास अघाड़ी (MVA) और महायुति (NDA) गठबंधन आमने-सामने है। एमवीए में उद्धव ठाकरे की पार्टी शिवसेना (UBT), शरद पवार की एनसीपी, कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी एकसाथ है। वहीं महायुति में अजित पवार की एनसीपी, एकनाथ शिंदे की शिवसेना और भाजपा (Bjp) शामिल है। महाराष्ट्र में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले एक और गठबंधन बनने जा रहा है। इसके लिए स्वराज्य पार्टी प्रमुख छत्रपति संभाजी राजे और प्रहार पार्टी प्रमुख विधायक बच्चू कडू और विभिन्न दलों के प्रमुख पदाधिकारी आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए राज्य में नए गठबंधन के गठन को लेकर बैठक कर रहे हैं। बच्चू कडू पहले महायुति के साथ थे लेकिन लोकसभा चुनाव में अमरावती सीट पर हुए मन-मुटाव के बाद पीछे हो गए। स्वराज्य पार्टी के संभाजी राजे मराठा आरक्षण के मुद्दे को लेकर किसी गठबंधन में नहीं गए। Swarajya Party and Prahar Party Alliance
Bjp के बिना कोई सरकार नहीं बना पाएगा
लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के नतीजे भाजपा के लिए संतोष जनक नहीं रहे। पार्टी को महाराष्ट्र में महज 9 सीटें मिलीं। हार से आहत होकर, अपने अनुमान से कम मिली सीटों को देखते हुए भाजपा ने महाराष्ट्र में आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए अपनी उम्मीदें कम कर दिया हैं और राज्य में 100 सीटें जीतने का लक्ष्य रखा है। 288 विधानसभा क्षेत्र वाले महाराष्ट्र में पार्टी के पास वर्तमान में 106 विधानसभा सीटें हैं और उसे अपने सहयोगियों शिवसेना और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (एनसीपी) की मदद से आधे का आंकड़ा पार करने और 145 तक पहुंचने की उम्मीद है। पिछले हफ्ते कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए महाराष्ट्र के उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कहा, “महायुति के सत्ता में लौटने के बारे में कोई अस्पष्टता नहीं होनी चाहिए लेकिन इसे बरकरार रखने के लिए हमें 100 सीटें सुनिश्चित करनी होंगी। अगर हम 100 का आंकड़ा पार कर गए तो Bjp के बिना कोई सरकार नहीं बना पाएगा।”
400 पार का नारा हुआ बेअसर
महाराष्ट्र के लोकसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी का ‘400 पार’ का नारा बेअसर रहा है। जबकि राज्य में Bjp को 48 लोकसभा सीटों में से 45 से अधिक सीटें जीतने की उम्मीद थी लेकिन इसका उलटा असर हुआ। Bjp के एक पदाधिकारी ने कहा, “उच्च-स्तरीय अभियानों और अनुमानों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के बजाय हमने राज्य भर में व्यक्ति-से-व्यक्ति संपर्क के आजमाए हुए फॉर्मूले की ओर रुख किया है। हमने महसूस किया कि लोकसभा में विफलता ज़मीनी स्तर पर लोगों के साथ अलगाव के कारण हुआ था।”
विधानसभा चुनाव में किसे मिली कौनसी सीट ?
पिछले कुछ दिनों में महाविकास आघाडी के तीनों दल मुंबई की सीटों के बंटवारे पर कई बार चर्चा कर चुके हैं। हालांकि पहली बैठक में सीटों के बंटवारे को लेकर कोई सहमति नहीं बनी थी, लेकिन बाद में 16 सीटों पर सहमति बन गई। कांग्रेस के एक वरिष्ठ नेता ने बताया, कि जिन सीटों पर जिन दलों का कब्जा है, ज्यादातर सीटें मूल पार्टी को मिले, इसको लेकर बैठक में सभी दलों के नेताओं ने सहमति जताई है। इसके अनुसार मालाड, मुंबा देवी, धारावी, बांद्रा पूर्व और चांदिवली की सीटें कांग्रेस को मिल सकती हैं। हालांकि चांदिवली की सीट से शिवसेना (अविभाजित) ने चुनाव जीता था लेकिन उद्धव गुट यह सीट कांग्रेस को छोड़ने को तैयार है। जबकि दिंडोशी, वर्ली, जोगेश्वरी पूर्व, मागाठाणे, शिवडी, माहिम, भांडुप पश्चिम और अँधेरी पूर्व की सीटें शिवसेना (उद्धव) के खाते में जा सकती है। शरद गुट ने अणुशक्तिनगर की सीट दावा ठोका है। जबकि मानखुर्द शिवाजीनगर की सीट समाजवादी पार्टी को छोड़ी जाएगी। शिवसेना (उद्धव) सांसद एवं प्रवक्ता संजय राऊत कई बार कह चुके हैं कि मुंबई शिवसेना का गढ़ रहा है। इसलिए वह ज्यादा से ज्यादा सीटों पर मुंबई में चुनाव लड़ेंगे। हालांकि अभी भी एक दर्जन से ज्यादा सीटों पर तीनों दलों में टकराव देखने को मिल रहा है।
महायुति में सीटों को लेकर टकराव ..
महायुति में भी मुंबई की सीटों को लेकर घमासान मचा हुआ है। महायुति के तीनों दलों के प्रमुख नेता मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे और उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस और अजित पवार कई बार सीट बंटवारे को लेकर चर्चा कर चुके हैं लेकिन अभी तक कोई सहमति नहीं बन सकी है। राकांपा (अजित) के एक नेता ने कहा कि हमने भाजपा से मुंबई में 7 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ने की मांग की है। शुरुआती चर्चा में जिन 7 सीटों पर अजित गुट ने दावा किया है, इसमें अणुशक्तिनगर और बांद्रा पूर्व की सीट शामिल है। अणुशक्तिनगर से नवाब मलिक मौजूदा विधायक हैं, जबकि बांद्रा पूर्व से कांग्रेस के जीशान सिद्दीकी हैं, जिनका आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव अजित पवार की पार्टी से लड़ना तय माना जा रहा है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि भाजपा ने अजित गुट का मुंबई में कम जनाधार होने के चलते उन्हें सिर्फ दो सीट का ऑफर दिया है। जबकि भाजपा मुंबई में 26 से 28 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ना चाहती है।

इस्माईल शेख मुंबई- बोरीवली (पश्चिम), आईसी कॉलोनी का रहने वाला 42 वर्षीय ईस्टेट एजंट अंकित प्रियकुमार अग्रवाल की शिकायत पर नायगांव (पूर्व), नवकार सिटी के रहने वाले 56 वर्षीय आरोपी जितेंद्र नारायण पटेल, भाईंदर (पूर्व), आदर्श इंदिरा नगर के रहने वाले 32 वर्षीय आरोपी सुदर्शन विभीषन खंदारे और भाईंदर (पुर्व), जयश्री पॅलेस के रहने वाले 43 वर्षीय आरोपी अयुब रेहमान खान को एमएचबी कॉलोनी पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है। तीनों ही ठाणे जिले के रहने वाले खुद को मुंबई पुलिस के कर्मचारी बता कर पीड़ित से 10 लाख रूपये वसूल कर लिए थे।
बोरीवली (पश्चिम), एमएचबी कॉलोनी पुलिस थाने के वरिष्ठ पुलिस निरीक्षक सुधीर कुडाळकर से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, क्लासिक बिल्डींग, होली क्रॉस रोड, आईसी कॉलनी बोरीवली (पश्चिम) का रहने वाला 42 वर्षीय ईस्टेट एजंट अंकित प्रियकुमार अग्रवाल एलआईसी कॉलोनी, शांती आश्रम बस डेपो के सामने अपनी महिला मित्र उशा शेटटी के यहां उसकी महिला मित्र ज्योती निकम को मिलने गया था।
पुलिस का आई-कार्ड दिखाकर पैसे की वसूली
वहीं पर गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में से दो ने खुद को पुलिस बताकर शिकायतकर्ता के खिलाफ कार्यवाही को लेकर धमकाते हुए फरियादी को बदनाम करने धौंस दिखाकर 10 लाख रुपये वसूल कर लिए। इसी दौरान पीड़ित को भरोसा दिलाने के लिए पुलिस पहचान पत्र भी दिखाया। पीड़ित अंकित ने बदनामी और कार्यवाही से बचने के लिए 10 लाख रुपये दिए और बाद में एमएचबी कॉलोनी पुलिस थाने आकर इसकी शिकायत कर दी।
एमएचबी कॉलोनी पुलिस थाने के पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक निलेश पाटील ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर गु.र.क्र. 503/2024 में भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 की धारा 308, 204, 351, 352, 3(5), भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 384, 170, 506, 504, 34 के तहत आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। घटना 22 अगस्त 2024 दोपहर 3 बजे के आसपास की है। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के पास से वसूली के 10 लाख रुपये भी बरामद कर लिया गया है।
