किसे मिलेगा लाभ ?
फिलहाल यह यह व्यवस्था कानपुर से शुरू होने जा रही है और आगे चलकर प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों में यह नया सिस्टम लागू किया जाएगा।हालांकि यह प्रक्रिया सभी के लिए नहीं होगी, इस प्रक्रिया का लाभ ऐसे लोग ही ले पाएंगे जो बुजुर्ग हैं या फिर मेहनत मजदूरी करते हैं और जिनके अंगूठे का निशान खराब हो गया है।इसके लिए उन्हें अपना फोन नंबर जिला पूर्ति कार्यालय में एक एप्लीकेशन के साथ देकर रजिस्टर्ड (Registration) करवाना होगा। (No need to put thumb impression)

दरअसल, हर महीने खाद्यान्न वितरण की तारीख निर्धारित की जाती है ऐसे में कार्ड धारक जब अपना खाद्यान्न लेने के लिए कोटेदार के पास जाएंगे तो उन्हें अपना रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर बताना होगा जैसे ही उनके द्वारा बताए गए नंबर को कोटेदार ई-पॉश मशीन में डालेगा तो कार्ड धारक के नंबर पर एक ओटीपी आएगा और जैसे ही कार्ड धारक कोटेदार को ओटीपी बताएगा तो उन्हें खाद्यान्न दे दिया जाएगा। (No need to put thumb impression)
यह व्यवस्था सिर्फ उन लोगों के लिए लागू की गई है जो काफी वृद्ध हैं या मेहनत मजदूरी के कारण जिनके अंगूठे का निशान ई-पॉश मशीन (E- Posh Machine) में नहीं लग पा रहा है। सिंगल यूनिट राशन कार्ड धारक भी इसका लाभ ले सकते हैं। इसके साथ सरकार की ओर से एक बयान जारी किया गया है। जिसमें कहा गया है, कि “ऐसे कार्ड धारकों को तत्काल वरीयता के आधार पर खाद्यान्न दें ताकि उनको किसी भी तरह की कोई समस्या न हो सके।” (No need to put thumb impression)

19 जनवरी को एयर इंडिया के कर्मचारी (Air India Crew Member) सूरज मान जब नोएडा में अपने घर के पास जिम जा रहे थे, तभी बाइक सवार तीन लोगों ने उन पर गोलियां चला दी। मृतक मकोका (MCOCA) के तहत गिरफ्तारी मामले में जेल में बंद नीरज बवाना गिरोह के एक सक्रिय सदस्य परवेश मान का भाई है। पुलिस ने पाया कि सूरज का कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं है और हत्या जुलाई 2018 में शुरू हुए लॉरेंस बिश्नोई-गोल्डी बराड़ गिरोह के सदस्य परवेश और कपिल मान के बीच दुश्मनी का नतीजा था।
पुलिस ने कहा कि कपिल मान के पिता की हत्या के पीछे परवेश मान का हाथ था और बदला लेने के लिए ही हत्या की साजिश रची गई थी। पुलिस ने कहा कि काजल खत्री हत्या के मामले में वांछित थी और उसकी गिरफ्तारी के बारे में जानकारी देने वाले को 25 हजार रुपये के इनाम की घोषणा की गई थी। कपिल के फरार होने के बाद से गैंग का कामकाज काजल ही संभाल रही थी।

भीड़ ने कर दी पिटाई..
