    बता दें कि मालवनी पुलिस थाने में दर्ज अनगिनत अपराधिक मामलों में अभी तक ज़ाकिर हुसैन सैय्यद उर्फ ज़ाकिर डॉट कॉम और उसके लड़के अमीर अली सय्यद और उमेर सय्यद की गिरफ्तारी नही हुई है। कोर्ट से जमानत की याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान कभी 4 दिन तो कभी 7 दिन और 13 अगस्त की सुनवाई में शर्तों के आधार पर 1 महिने की अंतरिम जमानत इनको मिली है। लेकिन जैसे ही बाप-बेटों को एक महिने की अंतरिम जमानत मिली वैसे ही रात के 2 बजे अपने परिसर में भीड़ इकट्ठा करते हुए बीच सड़क पर 40 वर्षीय बेकसूर महिला पर बाप और बेटों ने हमला कर दिया। मकसद बस लोगों के दिलों में दहशत निर्माण करना था। जबकि कोर्ट ने इन्हें अपराध करने की छूट नही दी थी। समाज में शांति पूर्वक अपने परिवार के साथ रहने के लिए तातपूर्ता समय के लिए अंतरिम जमानत दी गई थी। (Mumbai- Every effort is being made to spread panic in Malvani)

    अंतरिम जमानत क्या होती है?

    मालवनी पुलिस ने 40 वर्षीय महिला आसमा जावेद खान की शिकायत पर अपराध तो दर्ज किया लेकिन गिरफ्तारी फिर भी नहीं हुई। जबकि इन बाप और बेटों की अपराधिक गतिविधियों के चलते कोर्ट से मिली हुई एक महिने की अंतरिम जमानत के नियम खंडित हो चुके हैं। यहां आप को बता दें कि अंतरिम जमानत एक छोटी अवधि की जमानत होती है। कोर्ट ये तब देता है जब रेगुलर बेल की एप्लीकेशन पर सुनवाई चल रही होती है। जब कोई आरोपी रेगुलर बेल या नियमित जमानत की एप्लीकेशन दायर करता है तो कोर्ट इस मामले में चार्जशीट या केस डायरी की मांग करता है जिससे आम जमानत पर फैसला लिया जा सके। जबकि जाकिर और उसके दोनों लड़को के जमानत एप्लीकेशन पर सुनवाई होना अभी बाकी है। (Mumbai- Every effort is being made to spread panic in Malvani)

    ताज़ा मामला क्या है ?

    रविवार 8 सितम्बर 2024, 39 वर्षीय फरियादी सलीम गौस शेख की पत्नी और बेटे को बीच सड़क पर ज़ाकिर के लड़के उमेर सय्यद ने रोक कर गाली गलौज करते हुए जान से मारने की धमकी दी। घटना स्थल पर पहले से दो लोग पीड़ित परिवार का इंतजार कर रहे थे। सलीम की पत्नी और बेटे को देखते ही उन लोगों ने उमेर को इसकी सूचना दी। इसके बाद उमेर पीड़ित परिवार को गंदी-गंदी गालियां देते हुए धमकाने लगा। कहा, कि “13 तारीख को जमानत होने दे तब तुम लोगों को दिखाता हूँ ..”। शिकायत में पुलिस को यह भी बताया कि उमेर ने अपने साथियों से कहा, “ऐ ला रे सामान इन लोग को तो इधर ही डाल देते हैं ..”।  सलीम की पत्नी और बेटा वहां से अपनी जान बचा कर भागे। बाद में पुलिस ने उमेर और दो अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज किया है। यहां भी तीनों आरोपी फरार हो चुके है, गिरफ्तारी नही हुई है। (Mumbai- Every effort is being made to spread panic in Malvani)

    39 वर्षीय फरियादी सलीम गौस शेख से 11 लाख 14 हज़ार 500 रूपये हफ्ता वसूल कर चुके हैं ये बाप और बेटे इसी को लेकर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। जिसमें गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए बाप और बेटे तरह तरह के हथकंडे अपना रहे हैं। अंडरवर्ल्ड का धौंस दिखाकर लोगों से पैसा वसूलने का काम करते हैं ये लोग। इसके साथ ही 37 वर्षीय फरियादी युनूस सोहेल शेख से हर महीने 30 हजार रुपये हफ्ता वसूली के खिलाफ केस दर्ज है। जिसमें जाकिर और उसके दोनों लड़को ने कुल 9 लाख एक हजार 499 रुपये वसूले हैं। युनूस के गले पर धारदार चौपर और कोयता लगाकर हफ्ता वसूली की गई हैं। पुलिस को इन बदमाशों के खिलाफ सख्ती से पेश आते हुए बाप और बेटों को सलाखों के पीछे धकेलने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने की जरूरत है। नहीं तो ये लोग अपनी दहशत फैलाने के चक्कर में किसी की जान भी ले सकते हैं। ऐसा यहां के नागरिकों का कहना है। (Mumbai- Every effort is being made to spread panic in Malvani)

    सीबीआई ने 60 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत के मामले में मुंबई में एंटी-एवजेशन विंग में तैनात सेंट्रल गुड्स एंड सर्विस टैक्स के एक अधीक्षक समेत तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया। इसको लेकर अधिकारियों ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी. उन्होंने बताया कि अधीक्षक सचिन गोकुलका, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट राज अग्रवाल और अभिषेक मेहता को उस समय गिरफ्तार किया गया, जब वे कथित तौर पर 20 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत ले रहे थे।

    सीबीआई ने सेंट्रल गुड्स एंड सर्विस टैक्स (CGST) मुंबई के 6 अधिकारियों के खिलाफ शिकायत पर मामला दर्ज किया था। यह मामला एक बिजनेस मेन की शिकायत पर दर्ज किया गया था, जिसने आरोप लगाया था कि 4 सितंबर को जब वह सीजीएसटी के सांताक्रूज कार्यालय गया, तो उसे पूरी रात वहां बंधक बनाकर रखा गया था।

    शिकायत में, उसने आरोप लगाया था कि 18 घंटे की कैद के बाद उसे 5 सितंबर को रिहा कर दिया गया। यह भी आरोप लगाया, कि हिरासत में रहने के दौरान गोकुलका ने उसे गिरफ्तार न करने के लिए कथित तौर पर 80 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी थी। जिसे बाद में घटाकर 60 लाख रुपये कर दिया गया। एक बयान में सीबीआई प्रवक्ता ने कहा, कि “अधीक्षक के तीन अन्य सहयोगियों ने भी शिकायतकर्ता पर दबाव बनाने में कथित तौर पर उसका साथ दिया, जिसमें बार-बार बल का प्रयोग और गाली-गलौज करना शामिल था।”
