मुंबई NDPS केस: 115 किलो गांजा रखने वाले दो आरोपियों को 15 साल की सजा, दो सप्लायर बरी
मुंबई की विशेष एनडीपीएस अदालत ने 115 किलो गांजा रखने के मामले में दो आरोपियों को 15 साल की कठोर कैद की सजा सुनाई। गांजे की कीमत ₹28.75 लाख बताई गई। दो सप्लायरों को सबूतों के अभाव में बरी कर दिया गया।
मुंबई: एक विशेष एनडीपीएस (NDPS) अदालत ने 115 किलो गांजा रखने के मामले में दो आरोपियों को 15 साल की कठोर कैद और जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है। जब्त गांजे की कीमत करीब ₹28.75 लाख बताई गई है।
दोषी पाए गए आरोपियों के नाम इस्माइल शेख (पवई) और इमरान अंसारी (मुम्ब्रा) हैं, जिन्हें पुलिस ने जनवरी 2022 में घाटकोपर बस डिपो के पास से गिरफ्तार किया था।
अदालत ने दो अन्य आरोपियों को सबूतों के अभाव में बरी कर दिया है।
🚨 पुलिस को मिली थी गांजा डिलीवरी की गुप्त जानकारी
कांदिवली यूनिट की एंटी-नारकोटिक्स सेल (ANC) को 23 जनवरी 2022 को सूचना मिली कि दो व्यक्ति घाटकोपर बस डिपो के पास गांजा बेचने पहुंचने वाले हैं।
सूत्रों ने वाहन का रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर और आरोपियों का पूरा विवरण भी दिया था। इसके बाद पुलिस ने मौके पर जाल बिछाया।

पुलिस ने होंडा एकॉर्ड कार को रोका और तलाशी में 115 किलो गांजा बरामद किया।
पकड़े गए आरोपियों इस्माइल शेख और इमरान अंसारी को मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
पुलिस के अनुसार, बरामद माल की बाजार कीमत लगभग ₹28.75 लाख है।

🔬 फॉरेंसिक जांच में गांजा की पुष्टि
बरामद किए गए पदार्थ का नमूना फॉरेंसिक लैब भेजा गया, जहां रिपोर्ट में पुष्टि हुई कि यह पदार्थ गांजा (कैनाबिस) ही था।
पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने खुलासा किया कि यह खेप अल्ताफ शेख (अंधेरी निवासी) ने सप्लाई की थी।
⚖️ दो सप्लायरों को सबूतों के अभाव में मिली राहत
पुलिस ने अल्ताफ शेख और चक्रपाणि गौड़ा (ओडिशा निवासी) को अक्टूबर 2022 में गुजरात से गिरफ्तार किया था।
हालांकि, अदालत में अभियोजन पक्ष उनके खिलाफ ठोस सबूत पेश नहीं कर सका।
नतीजतन, विशेष एनडीपीएस अदालत ने दोनों को बरी कर दिया।
