मुम्बई- सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुम्बई कॉलेज बुर्का मामले में फैसला सुना दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि लड़कियों को कक्षा में बुर्का पहनने और परिसर में कोई भी धार्मिक गतिविधि की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि ‘बुर्का, हिजाब’ के संबंध में उसके अंतरिम आदेश का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
मामले में मुम्बई कॉलेज को दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में अदालत का रुख करने की छूट दी गई है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने मुम्बई के एक कॉलेज के उस आदेश पर आंशिक रोक लगाई जिसमें परिसर में ‘हिजाब, बुर्का, टोपी और नकाब’ पहनने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया था। इसके साथ ही कॉलेज में ‘हिजाब’, ‘बुर्का’ पहनने पर प्रतिबंध संबंधी हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए मुम्बई की ‘एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी’ से जवाब मांगा।
क्या है मामला?

बता दें कि मुम्बई के एक निजी कॉलेज में छात्रों के कैंपस में हिजाब, नकाब, बुर्का, स्टोल, टोपी आदि पहनने पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध को बरकरार रखने के बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई।
यह मामला मुम्बई के एन. जी. आचार्य और डी. के. मराठे. कॉलेज का है, जहां के कॉलेज प्रशासन ने “हिजाब, नकाब, बुर्का, स्टोल और टोपी” पहनने पर बैन लगाया हुआ था। इसके खिलाफ 9 लड़कियों ने पहले बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया, लेकिन हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। जिसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई थी और याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से पेश वकील ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जल्द सुनवाई की मांग की गई थी।
कॉलेज प्रशासन का भेदभाव ..
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने कॉलेज प्रशासन से कहा, “छात्रों को यह चुनने की आजादी होनी चाहिए कि वे क्या पहन सकती हैं। कॉलेज उन पर दबाव नहीं डाल सकता… यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि आपको अचानक पता चलता है कि देश में कई धर्म हैं।” कोर्ट ने पूछा, कि “क्या आप यह कह सकते हैं कि किसी शख्स को तिलक लगाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी?”

मुंबई- म्हाडा ने बुधवार को मुंबई मंडल के 2030 मकानों के आवंटन की तिथि की आधिकारिक घोषणा कर दी है। इसके अनुसार गुरुवार को लॉटरी का विज्ञापन प्रकाशित किया गया। इसके साथ ही 13 सितंबर को लॉटरी की घोषणा की जाएगी और इसके बाद आवेदन बिक्री-स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।
लोकसभा चुनाव आचार संहिता के कारण हुई देरी..
2019 के ठीक बाद म्हाडा के मुंबई मंडल ने 2023 में 4,082 मकानों की लॉटरी निकाली थी। इस लॉटरी में बड़ी संख्या में मकान खाली रह गए थे। इसलिए लोकसभा चुनाव की आचार संहिता लागू होने से पहले इन मकानों के साथ नए मकानों की लॉटरी निकालने का विचार शुरू किया गया। लेकिन मकानों के मिलान में समय लग गया और लॉटरी में देरी हुई। अब विधानसभा चुनाव की पृष्ठभूमि में म्हाडा ने लॉटरी निकालने का फैसला किया है और अब आखिरकार मुंबई मंडल ने लॉटरी की घोषणा कर दी है।
मुंबई मे अलग अलग जगहों पर घर..
मुंबई के ताड़देव, दादर, कोले कल्याण, पवई, जेवीपीडी, गोरेगांव, बोरीवली, विक्रोली-कन्नमवार नगर, पवई आदि में 2023 घरों की लॉटरी की घोषणा की गई है। इस ड्रॉ में सबसे कम समूह में 359 घर, सबसे कम समूह में 627 घर, मध्यम समूह में 768 घर और सबसे अधिक समूह में 276 घर शामिल हैं। लॉटरी में शामिल 2030 घरों में म्हाडा 33 (5), 33 (7) और 58 के तहत विभिन्न पुनर्विकास परियोजनाओं से प्राप्त 370 घर शामिल हैं। जबकि 333 घर बिखरे हुए हैं और 1,327 घर मुंबई बोर्ड की हाउसिंग परियोजना में हैं।
MHADA lottery 2024 लॉट्री की ड्रॉ कब से शुरू की जाएगी?
ड्रॉ 9 अगस्त को दोपहर 12 बजे से शुरू हो जाएगी। म्हाडा के उपाध्यक्ष संजीव जायसवाल प्री-लॉटरी प्रक्रिया शुरू करेंगे। प्री-ड्रा प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद 13 सितंबर को ड्रॉ का परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा। जमा राशि और आय समूह की सीमा में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। आवेदन शुल्क भी 590 रुपये रखा गया है।

झीलों का जल स्तर बढ़ने से मुंबईकरों की पानी की चिंता दूर..

मुंबई- मुंबईकरों को पानी की आपूर्ति करने वाली छोटी झील विहार, तुलसी के साथ साथ बांधों (झील) मोडक सागर, मध्य वैतरना, अपर वैतरना, भातसा और तानसा से प्रतिदिन ३ हजार ९५० मीलियन लिटर पानी की आपूर्ति की जाती है।
पानी की कटौती से मिली राहत ..
मुंबईकरों को साल भर की पानी की आपूर्ति के लिए सभी सात झीलों में १४ लाख ४७ हजार ३६३ मीलियन लीटर पानी की जरूरत होती है। हालांकि जैसे ही बरसात ने अपने शुरुआती दिनों में इन सभी सात झीलों से मुंह मोड़ लिया, वहीं ५ जून से मुंबई में ५ ℅ पानी की कटौती की गयी। हालांकि जुलाई महीने के पहले सप्ताह से सात झीलों का जल स्तर लगातार बढ़ता गया।
जबकि भातसा और तानसा नामक सात झीलों से प्रतिदिन ३ हजार, ९५० मीलियन लिटर पानी की आपूर्ति की जाती है। मुंबईकरों को प्रति वर्ष पीने के पानी की जरूरत के हिसाब से सभी सात झीलों में १४ लाख, ४७ हजार, ३६३ मीलियन लिटर पानी की जरूरत है। हालांकि इन दिनों झीलों में जल भंडारण ६६.७७℅ होने के कारण २९ जुलाई से ५℅ पानी की कटौती रद्द कर दी गयी है।
बृहन्मुंबई महानगर पालिका का जाहिरनामा
आप को जानकर खुशी होगी, कि पिछले कुछ दिनों से झीलों के जल ग्रहण क्षेत्रों में हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण जलाशयों का जल स्तर काफी तेजी से बढ़ गया है। इस बीच मुंबईकरों को पानी की आपूर्ति करने वाली सात झीलों में ९०℅ जल भंडारण (१२ लाख, ८९ हजार, ६१५ मीलियन लीटर, जल भंडारण) इकठ्ठा दूर हो चुकी है। इसके साथ ही बृहन्मुंबई महानगर पालिका ने एक विज्ञप्ति निकालकर इसका जाहिरनामा पेश किया है।
